Create A Mathematical Word Problem

We have been learning to solve mathematical word problems with "distractors" (too much information).  Your assignment is to create your own mathematical word problem containing a "distractor" that isn't needed in order to solve the problem.  Your word problem may be solved with any of the 4 operations we have practiced: adding, subtracting, multiplying, or dividing.  Please do not include the answer, we will be using your problems to create a practice assignment that will be completed in class.
